Construction Underway at Eleven Eleven Central
Construction is now underway for Phase 1 of a major new residential development in Downtown Naples. Eleven Eleven Central is a master-planned community that also holds the advantage of a convenient location, making it possible to easily access area shops, restaurants and galleries.
A new addition to the Design District, the three phase property is just a few blocks away from the vibrancy of Fifth Avenue South, plus a short distance from the beach, too. It’s the first such community of its kind in the area, blending the enjoyment of an amenity-rich, master-planned community with a downtown location.
Floor plans range from a two-bedroom, two-bath unit with around 1,200 square feet of living space and a balcony to a 1,700 square foot design with the addition of a den. There’s also a three-bedroom floor plan with around 2,000 square feet of living space and a larger balcony for outdoor living and entertaining. Some floor plans in Phase 1 are already sold out, with remaining residences starting priced in the $700,000s.
Added features of the Eleven Eleven Central community call for such inclusions as a courtyard amenity deck, complete with a resort swimming pool, lap lanes, fire pits, spas and even a life-sized outdoor chess set. This is all part of Phase 1, which also promises bocce ball courts, a cabana bar and a grilling area for residents.
Phase II of the development expands upon the outdoor amenities with a courtyard park. It will include fenced-in dog runs, a putting green and yoga lawn, plus park benches.
Additional inside building amenities, meanwhile, call for a clubroom and catering kitchen, a fitness room, under-building parking and bike storage. In addition, you’ll soon find massage rooms and the luxury of community guest suites. There will also be an arcade game room for the enjoyment of future residents of Eleven Eleven Central in Naples.
