Camden Lakes: New Construction Off Livingston Road in Naples
Camden Lakes is a new gated community under construction in North Naples on Livingston Road. Pulte Homes is building 150 single-family homes that are designed with a European manor architectural style.
Homes will be both one and two-stories with floor plans ranging in size from 2 BR+ den with 1,620 SF to 6 BR with 3,300 SF. Prices at Camden Lakes are currently expected to start in the high $200,000s. Pulte is offering three lot sizes at Camden Lakes and models are expected to be available for viewing in late 2013.
The Camden Lakes location off Livingston Road between Bonita Beach Road and Immokalee Road is adjacent to the North Naples Middle School.
