Bonita Del Sol Coming Soon to Bonita Springs

Construction should begin later this year on one of the newest communities to come to Bonita Springs. Pulte homes recently secured land off Paradise Road to begin construction of its new Bonita Del Sol community.

The new, single-family home community will soon be going up in the area, with plans to eventually bring close to 250 new homes to this part of Bonita Springs. Pulte plans to construct around a dozen different home designs in the new community, coming in both single-story and two-story layouts.

According to some previous reports, it’s likely the homes of Bonita Del Sol will be priced starting in the $400,000s, and likely top out in the $800,000s. Buyers can expect to find open-concept floorplans from Pulte with dining rooms, gathering rooms, and some covered lanais for outdoor space.

Plans also call for a more than 30-acre lake to join the new community, as well as several smaller lakes and community amenities. Right now, it appears that Bonita Del Sol will include access to a shared swimming pool and cabana. As a bonus there will also be no CDD fees for homeowners to worry about in the new community.

While the first model homes could break ground later this year, it’s expected the first home sales in Bonita Del Sol will likely begin sometime in spring of next year. The new development sits between Old 41 Road and Imperial Parkway in Bonita Springs.

This means living just minutes away from major retailers and conveniences, as well as Hertz Arena, and area beaches for outdoor fun and recreation. Set between Naples and Fort Myers, the location should prove extremely convenient for those who want to live in a new construction community, but also take advantage of all that this part of Southwest Florida has to offer area homeowners.
