Bay Colony Upgrading Clubhouse
New upgrades are coming to Bay Colony, just one year after the club completed a separate, multi-million-dollar renovation. The new upgrade calls for a new $6 million renovation of the Bay Colony clubhouse.
This translates to a new golf shop, locker rooms, a grill and lounge, plus a casual dining space with sweeping outdoor views. In addition, the renovation pushes forward with a redesigned outdoor patio and space for member services.
The latest project should be completed by the end of the year, designed to further compliment some of the coastal design elements introduced in the previous renovation project. According to club management, the new renovation will help complete the final phase of Bay Colony’s clubhouse master plan, totaling more than $10 million in new and recent investment in the property.
The club sees it as a way to further enhance the club and the overall member experience of belonging to Bay Colony. The private golf club not only supplies a championship golf course, but also dining opportunities and social experiences unique to the club and its members.
Filled with a number of high-rise condo buildings, mid-rise condos, villas and estate neighborhoods, the beachfront community offers up the option of walking straight out to the white sand beach, or easily reaching the upscale shopping and dining of Waterside Shops and nearby Mercato. With a range of options in housing and recreation, Bay Colony has plenty to offer its existing and prospective new members and residents.
Bay Colony is part of the master-planned Pelican Bay development, which also an extensive portfolio of amenities. Planned upgrades at the Bay Colony are sure to only add to the appeal of this already desirable Naples community.
