Barrington Cove Delivers Desirable Location with Low HOA Fees

Low HOA fees and a desirable location are two major advantages of choosing a home in the Barrington Cove community of Naples. This small, gated community of resale homes was first developed a few years ago by D R Horton.

To keep fees lower in Barrington Cove, you won’t find a lot of added community amenities. You will, however, find some walkways that wind throughout the community, and a prime location for buyers in the Naples area.

The community of Barrington Cove sits on Livingston Road on the northern side of Naples, close to Immokalee Road and I-75. The location means living close to top schools, plus a short drive away from area beaches, downtown, and Mercato.

Surrounded by preserves and wooded areas too, a Barrington Cove address seemingly gives you the best of both worlds. Not only are you close to what you need and want in Naples, but you’re also treated to a more secluded setting.

Four lakes are located in the community, along with around 130 single-family homes. The homes of Barrington Cove generally range from just under 2,000 square feet of living space, to some homes with around ,3600 square feet of living space.

Most of the single-family homes were built in recent years. In all, there are around a half-dozen different floorplans for buyers to consider. Most of the homes are priced from the $400,000s to the low $600,000s, with generally two- or three-bedrooms.

Most homes in Barrington Cove come with such desirable additions as granite countertops and upscale baths. You may also find crown molding, plus a screened-in lanai and fenced-in backyard for additional living and entertaining space. Most of the homes in this North Naples community come in a single-story layout, but there are a select number of two-story homes to choose from, as well.
