Ave Maria Sets New Record for Home Sales
The award-winning community of Ave Maria just hit a brand new record when it comes to home sales. The master-planned community has now recorded more than 450 new home sales for the year.
That’s an impressive 55-percent jump in home sales over the same time period last year and puts the community on pace for a record breaking year. The new sales come from Lennar Homes, CC Homes, Pulte Homes and Del Webb Naples.
The news comes as the fast-growing community of Ave Maria also just received the honor of being ranked one of the nation’s Top 25 Selling Master-Planned Communities. Ave Maria is a repeat winner of Community of the Year.
It has also picked up several other awards in recent years for its design and its sales. The self-sustaining town offers homebuyers easy access to parks and recreation, schools, restaurants, shops and employment.
When finished, its expected Ave Maria will include space for up to 11,000 residences and nearly two-million square feet of office space, retail space and a business park. Available home style in Ave Maria range from condos to single-family homes.
As for amenities, the development offers sports fields, an amphitheater, a dog park and a water park. Buyers are also able to enjoy a fitness center, tennis courts, bocce ball courts and trails.
A Town Center boasts commercial space including a gas station and a supermarket. It routinely hosts events and concerts throughout the year. As well, educational opportunities in Ave Maria range from preschool through college.
The public, 18-hole Panther Run Golf Course in Ave Maria has received awards of its own. It boasts a stocked golf shop, pro lessons and a driving range.
Another course in Ave Maria is part of the National Golf & Country Club. It is a championship, 18-hole course.
