The new Avalon Park at Ave Maria continues to show strong demand and interest. This Pulte community offers single-story and two-story home designs in a range of sizes.
With nearly a dozen different floor plans to choose from, the home designs typically include anywhere from two- to seven-bedrooms, and at least two-baths. They also come with either a two-or three-car garage.
Avalon Park homes are being offered as part of two different collections. The Distinctive series includes floor plans starting at around 1,600 square feet of living space.
Some of the largest homes are part of the Echelon Series, with the most spacious homes sometimes commanding more than 5,300 square feet. Homes in the community sit within walking distance of Ave Maria’s town center, and many of them offer water views.
Bike trails also wind around the community, making it easy to enjoy the other attributes of living in Ave Maria. The master-planned community of Ave Maria takes up around 4,000-acres in eastern Collier County.
Just a few months into 2021, the community had already counted more than 200 new home sales. That number brought the total to more than 3,000 new homes sold in Ave Maria since its opening.
Its considered one of the most popular master-planned communities in the nation. Four companies are building in Ave Maria, including Pulte Homes, Lennar, Del Webb Naples and CC Homes.
The homes of Ave Maria vary from condos and attached villas to single-family homes overlooking area lakes, preserves or the golf course. Buyers are attracted to the home designs, the commercial offerings and the added amenities.
Possibilities range from sports fields to a fitness center, water park, dog park and amphitheater. Ave Maria is also home to tennis and bocce ball courts, plus a town center with a supermarket and a commercial center.
You’ll additionally find schools and planned events, including clubs, classes and seasonal festivities. Eventually, plans call for up to 11,000 residences, retail, office space and a business park.
