The new carriage building community of Avalon of Naples is now selling, offering prospective homebuyers a new option in multi-family living. Providing a total of 19 buildings, the coastal-themed structures supply a total of four floor plans to choose from. These range from around 1,300 square feet to more than 1,700 square feet in size, presented by Neal Communities.
With two- to three-bedrooms, two-baths plus at least a one-car garage per unit, the carriage home buildings are constructed around a large center lake, with several additional acres of natural preserve set aside.
