A new luxury condo community is currently going up in South Naples. Work is progressing on the Antilles condominium community of Naples, located in the Collier Boulevard corridor.
Touted as a resort-inspired alternative to bundled fee and high membership communities, Antilles promises to deliver a luxury lifestyle at a more manageable price point.
Eventually home to more than 200 condos, prices are set to begin in the mid $400,000s. Options include your choice of a grand coach home, a classic coach home or a condo in a low-rise building.
Antilles will soon offer two of those low-rise buildings, each of which are set to contain twelve homes built over ground level parking. These two- and three-bedroom floorplans will range from around 1,400 to nearly 1,700 square feet of living space. Buyers can expect to find lake, preserve or wetland views.
The rest of the residences of Antilles will consists of four-unit coach homes. With this design buyers have the choice of a two-bedroom plus a den or a three-bedroom plan, typically ranging from around 1,900 to 2,400 square feet of living space.
Another option for a coach home is the classic home design of around 1,500 square feet of living space. Furnished models will be available for viewing starting later this year.
The Antilles clubhouse, also known as The Flamingo Club, will feature West Indies’ Island-style architecture. Plans call for incorporating a gathering room, a conference room and fitness center into the space. There will also be an infinity edge swimming pool, sun and shade decks, plus a Tiki hut bar with additional seating. Plans also call for adding pickleball and bocce courts, along with a fire pit.
The gated development is being built up around a five-acre lake and a wetland preserve. Additional planned amenities include a linear park with an exercise trail, a catering kitchen and an on-site concierge.
