All About Countryside

Tucked away in South Naples, the Countryside Golf & Country Club community offers well designed homes and plentiful amenities. This bundled, golf and country club community first opened in the late 1980s and continues to be popular with buyers today.

A few years ago, Countryside members voted for millions of dollars in additional improvements, which added, among other things, a new Wellness Center and a tennis and bocce complex. Today, that complex includes two bocce courts and four lighted Har-Tru tennis courts.

Clubhouse dining options were also expanded at the time, plus the Arthur Hills golf course at Countryside was recently redesigned itself. Dubbed Countryside 2.0, plans were also hatched for other improvements and enhancements at Countryside.

Those plans called for the enhancement of the property’s swimming pool and deck, the addition of a poolside café, the addition of pickleball courts, increased parking at the clubhouse, and an expansion of the clubhouse kitchen. There are around 1,100 residences in Countryside, including single-family homes, villas, and condos.

Some of the latest homes to hit the market in Countryside include either two- or three-bedrooms, and typically two-baths. The majority of homes are built up around the golf course.

There are also villas to choose from in Countryside. These veranda-style homes typically include two-bedrooms, two-baths, and sometimes up to 1,500 square feet of living space. The villas additionally include a garage and lanai, plus villa owners also have access to such amenities as tennis, swimming, and a Jacuzzi.

The condos of Countryside are situated in buildings overlooking the golf course, or sometimes offer water views. The units generally include two-bedrooms, two-baths, and around 1,100 square feet of living space. The condo communities include their own swimming pools and tennis courts.

You’ll find Countryside in South Naples just a couple of miles off I-75. That puts the community within a short drive of area beaches, upscale shopping and dining, and cultural attractions in the Naples area.
