A brand-new community is now underway in Naples. Toll Brothers recently broke ground for the new gated community of Abaco Pointe.
Located on Collier Boulevard, between Immokalee Road and Vanderbilt Beach Road, Abaco Pointe offers your choice of a half-dozen paired villas, each complimentary of coastal-themed design points. Priced starting from the low $300,000s, the single-family, attached villas include at least 1,500 square feet of living space.
For those looking for even more space, the luxury homebuilder offers a two-story floor plan in Abaco Pointe. Some of the larger floor plans planned for the community will offer more than 2,000 square feet of living space.
All owners, however, are sure to delight in a low-maintenance lifestyle in beautiful Naples. Future buyers will also be treated to light-filled homes with open floor plans, exceptional attention to detail and even some villas with desirable water views.
In addition, options exist for owners to construct a private lanai and swimming pool on their property. The paired villas will also include a range of options in Smart home technology.
