A brand new coach home community is headed to Naples. Construction crews recently broke ground on the Seychelles community, located close to Santa Barbara Boulevard and Davis in Southeast Naples.
When complete, Seychelles will be home to more than 200 carriage homes, spread across more than 30-acres of property. In all, the community will consist of more than two-dozen buildings, each with eight individual housing units.

New upgrades are coming to Bay Colony, just one year after the club completed a separate, multi-million-dollar renovation. The new upgrade calls for a new $6 million renovation of the Bay Colony clubhouse.
