Although not scheduled to open until sometime later this year, the new Seaglass high-rise is reportedly already nearly 70-percent sold. Despite its more stringent, appointment-only viewing policy, the developer’s processed nearly $155 million in sales contracts to date.
Currently three furnished models are open for viewing, giving prospective buyers a front-row seat to the exciting new tower. As the same time, construction is underway for two move-in ready residences, with the expectation they’ll be finished in time for immediate move-in when the property opens.
The tower units of Seaglass are projected to supply at least three-bedrooms and 3.5-baths, plus multiple options in private outdoor space. As well, buyers can also expect to find high
The secret is out when it comes to Southwest Florida, in particular investing in Marco Island. The location just ranked near the top when it comes to the best places to invest in rental properties.
According to Vacasa, a vacation home rental management company, Florida easily dominates the list of top ranking vacation home communities. More than one-third of its highest-ranking communities are in Florida, with Marco Island coming in at number 12 on the list.
Vacasa came up with its list based on a rental market’s capitalization rate. That’s the rate of return on a property based off the income it’s expected to make. In other words, Vacasa ranks the top markets where it’s likely to get the largest return on your investment.
A Naples neighborhood is tops in the nation when it comes to the housing market. ATTOM Data Solutions recently ranked upwards of 10,000 neighborhoods nationwide to come up with its housing index, taking into account things like home price appreciation, affordability, property taxes and unemployment rates. The index also considered a neighborhood’s crime rate and school scores.
When taking everything into account, the Pine Ridge neighborhood of Naples took the very top spot. The neighborhood is known for its sprawling estate homes, some of which are priced in the multi-million dollar range.
With many established, yet recently updated homes to choose from, Pine Ridge often includes large homes and large home sites, close to prime shops,

A brand new single-family home community is coming to Livingston Road with the inclusion of Sereno Grove in North Naples. This Lennar development is uniquely situated off a private, tree-lined entry road from Livingston, allowing for plenty of privacy in sheltering the future community from the surrounding area.
When complete, Sereno Grove will include around 60 private residences, with about 14-acres left over as conservation land. The planned community hasn’t been without controversy, though.
Some residents of other neighboring communities previously raised concerns about the changing landscape of the area and the impact on their property lines. Some feared that Sereno Grove community roads would be too close.
