WCI bought back 261-acre Artesia Naples, a gated master planned community of single-family homes, villas and condos that it sold two years ago to a Florida land investment group.  Collier County Clerk records reveal WCI paid more than $13 million for the property in May.  Artesia Naples, located between Naples and Marco Island, is on Collier Boulevard south of US 41 in Naples.  WCI was Artesia’s original developer and sold the partially developed community to Avanti Properties Group for $5 million about 2 years ago.
