Kitson & Partners’ Talis Park community in Naples entered into a three-year agreement to host The Lucas Cup, a pro-am golf tournament benefitting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. The second annual Lucas Cup will be held at Talis Park on March 10, 2014. A pairings party at Talis Park is scheduled for March 9.  Registration details and the slate of professionals scheduled to participate will be released later this year.

Renowned builder Pulte Homes introduces Camden Lakes as its the newest Naples community.   Camden Lakes is a gated community of 150 single-family homes in North Naples, off Livingston Road, north of Immokalee Road.

On the heels of news last week that Hertz is moving its worldwide corporate headquarters from New Jersey to nearby Estero, now comes word that Hertz CEO Mark  Frissora  already has a Naples stake in the ground at Le Rivage, an upscale condominium on affluent Gulf Shore Boulevard in Naples.  His wife owns a $4.5 million condo in the Park Shore building where the family will live.  Naples has long been known as home to Fortune 500 CEOs.  Frissora has said he is relocating to Naples in Southwest Florida for a good quality of life.

The most expensive condo to sell in Naples, Florida during April 2013 was in Park Shore at Aria located at 4501 Gulf Shore Boulevard N PH-1701, Naples, FL.  This 3 BR+den / 3.5 BA / 4,389 SF condo includes two parking spaces.  The selling price was $4.425M / $1103 SF, which was 90% of the asking price.

Congratulations to selling Realtor Paula Sims of John R Wood Realtors for closing the most expensive Naples condo transaction in March 2013.

Honorable mention for second most expensive Naples condo sold in April 2013 was in Vanderbilt Beach at Moraya Bay located at 11125 Gulf Shore Drive, #603 Naples, FL.   This 3 BR / 3.5 BA / 4,389 SF condo includes two parking spaces.  The selling price was $4M / $911 SF, which was 100% of the asking price.
