The most expensive condo to sell in Naples, Florida during April 2012 was in Park Shore at Le Rivage located at 4351 Gulf Shore Blvd. #11N, Naples, FL.  This 4 BR +den / 4.5 BA / 6,542 SF penthouse condo includes three parking spaces.  The selling price was $6M / $933 SF, which was 92% of the asking price.

Honorable mention for 2nd most expensive Naples condo sold in April 2012 was in Park Shore at Aria located at 4501 Gulf Shore Blvd N #502, Naples, FL.  This 4 BR +den / 4 BA / 4,577 SF condo includes three parking spaces.  The selling price was $4.5M / $983 SF, which was 100% of the asking price.

naples_2nd_happiest_seaside_town_450Naples was ranked as the second happiest seaside town by Coastal Living Magazine.  The study utilized the Gallup-Healthways Well Being Index coupled with weather, beach quality, commute times, walkability, school and crime ratings, education, financial security of residents and geographic diversity.

Factors cited by Coastal Living in the Naples top ranking include the temperate climate, cultural offerings, beautiful beaches, a strong arts community, shopping dining and walkability.  These are all true highlights of the Naples area and make it strong draw for both families and retirees.
