New condos are going fast at Naples Square where phase II is quickly nearing a sellout. As of late July, there are three furnished models still open for viewing in phase II of the development, but all three already sold. That sets the stage for construction of phase III of the project to begin soon, likely by the end of 2017.
Under development at Goodlette-Frank Road and 5th Avenue South, the Downtown Naples residential project will eventually house nearly 300 units, all accented by a walk-able lifestyle and enviable amenities. The community offers a heated swimming pool and spa, plus gas grills, under-building parking and bicycle storage.
Some units also include private storage areas. As well, there’s a fitness center on-site, along with a clubroom, complete with billiards and a large screen television. Starting in a couple of years residents will be able to dine and shop on-site too, with some retailers within the planned Shoppes at Naples Square anticipating opening in 2019.
Until then, the development exists simply a short walk or bike ride away from some of the other most exciting sites in Naples. Residents can easily access area parks and beaches as well as the various unique shops and restaurants of Fifth Avenue South and Tin City, plus numerous galleries, museums and more.
Already, purchase agreements are coming in for phase III, where the eight floor plans are set to include both one- and two-story designs, ranging from around 1,400 to more than 3,200 square feet of living space. Priced starting at just under $700,000, some of the units of phase III are base-priced upwards of $1.5 million.
With two- or three-bedrooms plus a den, future residents can expect to find high ceilings, designer kitchens and open-air terraces, with most leading out from the master bedroom and great room. Some of the largest units within phase III at Naples Square are also set to include such extras as a one-car garage, wrap around balcony and even an optional elevator.
