More than 150 new homes are coming to Davis Boulevard with construction of the new Fronterra community. This single-family neighborhood is underway right now in Southeast Naples.
While currently land is still being cleared and infrastructure work is underway at the site, it’s expected that the first homes will be completed sometime in early 2018. With Mediterranean-style design influence, common features of the homes will include high ceilings and tile flooring in the main living areas of the home, as well as some carpeting.
The energy efficient designs will also offer a full-sized washer and dryer plus stainless steel appliances in the kitchens and granite countertops. As well, expect to find granite countertops in the baths and European-style cabinetry.
In all, seven home designs will be available in Fronterra, ranging from one- to two-story floor plans. The homes start at around 1,300 square feet, with some of the larger homes offering in excess of 2,200 square feet of living space. This is in addition to the private outdoor living space, with patios and covered terraces.
Priced starting in the high $200,000s, some of the more spacious floor plans will command prices starting in the mid to high $300,000s. New homebuyers can expect to find two- to four-bedrooms and up to 3.5 baths, with some also including a loft, extra storage room and even the option of a fifth bedroom. As well, the homes all offer either a one- or two-car garage.
Complimented by a resort-style swimming pool and sundeck plus a community lake, the neighborhood sits on the northern side of Davis Boulevard, from west of Collier Boulevard, all the way north to I-75. The entire 37-acre property will be fronted by commercial space.
Until the first of the model homes are completed, prospective homebuyers can view three models of CC Homes that will eventually be built within Fronterra at the sales center located within Maple Ridge at Ave Maria, also in Naples.
